50+ 60+ or 70+ all welcome for gentle but effective  exercise

DANCE 4y OUT h  REFRESH! Youth Dance Group (ages 11 - 14yrs) a fusion of contemporary and Street for young performers

*Create and Perform - devising and rehearsing dance works for performance

Get involved - Keep fit and stay happy  and healthy

The Sessions

Your Instructor is a highly experienced professional and fun to work with. Qualified Level 6 Diploma in Dance Teaching and Learning( DDTAL, Trinity, London), current enhanced CRB and with Public Liability Insurance. Member of Dance UK and Foundation for Communirty Dance.

The Hall is easy to find with ample parking. It is spacious with a lovely floor  and is clean and comfortable. Toilets and Disabled access. 

What to bring  Weds Dance-Out @7.45pm bring water and a mat! Wear comfy exercise/dance clothing.
